The space

LARGE LIVING SPACE! Our space is shared, clean and friendly. Our space has a kitchen, lounge, dining room, and full bathroom. There are two to three bunks per room. We use adult bunk beds that can sustain up to 1800 pounds. You will have access to the entire place. We ask our guest to smoke outside. For more information about our accommodations please ask.

Guest access

We have a key code entrance. You will have access to one restroom, one lounge, and one kitchenette (microwave and fridge.) We ask the guest to smoke outside and to make themselves right at home. Join the local Atlanta community and those who have traveled from afar. Meet an international community and see how we are more alike than different. 

Other things to note

Most people, that bunk at Grandma's Place, are pleasantly surprised. If cleanliness and friendliness are important to you then you would fit right in at Grandma's Place. We are an all-inclusive housing organization and all are welcome!



Occupancy Agreement

For the purposes of this Occupancy Agreement, "we," "us," "our," "the limited liability company" refers to the limited liabilities companies  listed below, jointly and individually, as well as to their volunteers, affiliates and/or contractors, unless otherwise indicated by specific reference to a limited liability company. "You" and "yours" refers to the occupant of one or more policies/contract/accounts offered by us.

Your occupancy at GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. Rooming and Boarding Facility (the "Rooming and Boarding Facility") is governed by and conditioned upon your acceptance of this Occupancy Agreement. GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, contractors, partners, volunteers and service providers (collectively, "GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC.") provides this Rooming and Boarding Facility and your individually assigned bed and locker as a convenience to you, the occupant. This facility is NOT intended for month to month but ONLY week to week and each occupant agrees to sign in and sign out every week that occupant enters or exits facility as required by law, or by any other transitional facility, such as motel or hotel. We reserve the right to prevent anyone including the occupant from entering this facility and from using this Rooming and Boarding Facility, Grandma’s Place, LLC. Also when using our website and electronic devices whether phone or tablet YOUR INDIVIDUALLY IDENTIFIABLE LOG-IN ID AND PASSWORD ARE FOR YOUR BENEFIT ONLY; PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ANYONE.

GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. also provides administrative services to certain of its affiliates, which services include use of this Rooming and Boarding Facility to provide housing, materials, information, and services to you. These affiliates include, but are not limited to:




Contractors and all service providers including but not limited to our affiliates, day laborers, volunteers or associates and affiliates are not responsible for any damage, theft or accidents such as falls because you enter at your own risk.


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Rooming and Boarding Facility or any of our other Rooming and Boarding Facilities. You should review these terms and conditions regularly as they may change at any time at our sole discretion. The following terms and conditions apply to all of our Rooming and Boarding Facilities, including any Rooming and Boarding Facilities owned, operated or sponsored by any of our subsidiaries or affiliates. We may add to or supersede certain provisions of these terms and conditions with other provisions located in other of our Rooming and Boarding Facilities. If you do not agree with any changes, modifications or revisions to these Terms of Occupancy or other policies, you must stop using the Rooming and Boarding Facility immediately and find suitable housing elsewhere. Your continued use of the Rooming and Boarding Facility will be deemed acceptance of such changes, modifications or revisions of policies, rules, regulations, laws, statutes and ordinances.

1. Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, HOWSOEVER CAUSED THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS ROOMING AND BOARDING FACILITY, GRANDMA’S HOUSE, LLC. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.



ACCESS TO THIS FACILITY IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SLEEPING ONLY. THE OCCUPANTS IN THIS FACILITY ARE NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BEHAVIOR, STOLEN ITEMS, NOISE OR HOLDING BEDS FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS_ PAY OR QUIT, PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT BEHIND, MAIL, ELECTRONICS AND ITEMS LEFT IN LOCKERS, VIOLENCE OR ANY SITUATION THAT IS SPONTANEOUS AND OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We reserve the right to terminate an agreement at any time in GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. Rooming and Boarding Facility. The fact that we provide Rooming and Boarding does not necessarily mean that we endorse, authorize, or sponsor those that you may  find offensive or disagree with in our Rooming and Boarding Facility, nor that we are affiliated with any occupant in our Rooming and Boarding Facility. If you wish to link to any of our sites, please contact our webmaster to complete a hyper-linking agreement. If you are one of our group customers and wish to link your Rooming and Boarding Facility other than this facility, please contact one of our representatives for instructions on completing a hyper linking agreement.

3. Term of Agreement

This Agreement will be effective upon execution, that is, when you the Occupant sign "I Consent" at the end of this Agreement, and shall continue until termination by you or by us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Rooming and Boarding Facility immediately and without notice if we, in our sole discretion, determine that suspension or termination is necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, tariff, order, or our rules, policies, practices, and/or security procedures and concerns.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Grandma’s Place, LLC. at (678) 933-5973 and following the instructions provided to you with regards to termination.

4. Transaction Requests and Other Information Submissions

You are solely responsible for the genuineness and accuracy, both as to content and form, of all requests and other communications properly received by us. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your requests received and to update your requested information. To the extent that you use this Rooming and Boarding Facility, it is expressly understood and agreed that: (i) we may rely on the accuracy of information that you provide; (ii) we may act upon all instructions received by means of requests submitted by, or other information provided by you; (iii) we assume no liability whatsoever if, as a result of the inaccuracy of such information, you or any third party suffer any loss or damages. You understand and agree that submitting a request using the Rooming and Boarding Facility does not guarantee processing of that request and that you are solely responsible to check the status of the request with [A]tara Davis owner of the  Rooming and Boarding Facility, and take any further action necessary, including resubmitting a request. By signing this Occupancy Agreement, you warrant and represent to us that: (i) you shall not cause to be introduced into our facility, any violence or offensive act or any other act such as drugs, violence, loitering, begging, harassing, stealing, meddling, aggravating, fighting, or any type of violence whether emotional, physical, sexual, psychological of our residence which would be a violation of our code of ethics. In addition, no act is permitted that may be used to access, alter, delete, damage, or disable any part of the facility whether it be interior or exterior, personal or property of Grandma’s Place, including but not limited to data, material, or other property owned or used by us or other occupants; (ii) you have the right to provide to us access to statements or written statement information and data, and that we have a restricted and un-assignable right to access such information and data without any liability whatsoever to you; and (iii) neither our access to any information submitted by you whether it be criminal, personal or background and your use of the Rooming and Boarding Facility, nor your provision of any information through the Rooming and Boarding Facility, constitutes or may give rise to a statements or written statement of patent and/or copyright infringement, or unlawful disclosure, use or misappropriation of any property, personal or commercial.

5. Confirmations and Other Communications from Us

You understand that it is your responsibility to review all confirmations, statements, notices, and other communications from us relating to our Rooming and Boarding Facility. You agree that we fulfill our legal obligations to deliver any such document, if sent by electronic delivery or posted on the Rooming and Boarding Facility, provided you have consented to electronic delivery of required documents. You understand that you can revoke this consent at any time and can receive such documentation in writing by giving written notice to the limited liability company listed below from which you've been receiving electronic documents, including any of their unlisted subsidiaries and/or affiliates. Documents sent by electronic delivery contain all the information that appears in the printed hardcopy version as prepared and distributed by the originator, Grandma’s Place with the possible exception of graphic insertions such as photographs or logotypes. Electronic delivery may be in the form of an E-mail, an E-mail attachment, or in the form of an available document which may be downloaded from the Rooming and Boarding Facility website. You represent that you will download the relevant document promptly after receiving notice of its availability and that you have the appropriate software to enable you to do so. Should you experience any difficulty opening a document electronically delivered by us, you must promptly advise us in order to allow us to make delivery by other means such as hard copy or paper copy. Failure to advise us of such difficulty within 5 days (or any longer period required by law) after delivery shall serve as an affirmation that you were able to receive and open said document. You are responsible for ensuring that your software and internet service provider do not inhibit or interfere with the communications described herein.

6. Security Devices, Passwords, Etc.

In using the Rooming and Boarding Facility, you are fully responsible for the security of passwords, IDs, digital certificates and other security devices assigned to you by us ("Security Devices"). The use and storage of any information by you relating to the services including, without limitation, the Security Devices, transaction activity, payment information, and any other information on your computer is at your own risk and is your sole responsibility. By signing this Occupancy Agreement, you agree to protect any information relating to this Rooming and Boarding Facility, the services and/or any software downloaded by you in order to use the services, if applicable, from unauthorized access, copying or use. In order to use this Rooming and Boarding Facility and the services, you shall install virus checking software, with then-current virus signatures and definitions, on all computers that you use to interface with the Rooming and Boarding Facility and the services, and you shall ensure that you are engaged in a secure session prior to transmitting any payment-related information (i.e., the Rooming and Boarding Facility indicates that the communication will be secured using SSL security, or the Rooming and Boarding Facility URL reads "www.grandmasplace.us" indicating a secure connection). In the event you detect or become aware of any unauthorized access, copying, or use of information relating to the services (including, if applicable, any software downloaded by you in order to use the services), or loss or theft of a Security Device, you agree to notify us immediately. We may rely on any transmissions received using the Security Devices.

7. Privacy/Treatment of Information or Data Transmitted to Us

We will treat the personal information you update on our system or in writing consistent with our Rooming and Boarding Facility Privacy Policy and Customer Privacy Notices available on this facility.

8. Proprietary Rights & Restricted Use

This Rooming and Boarding Facility's content is copyrighted and protected by U.S. and worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. In addition, this Rooming and Boarding Facility's content is protected by trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communication regulations and statutes. You are not authorized to post or be engaged on or transmit to or from this Rooming and Boarding Facility any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other content that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

13. You Agree to Indemnify Us for Using This Rooming and Boarding Facility

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, and our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to us from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you.

14. Third Parties May Have Rights Under This Agreement

The provisions of this Agreement are for our benefit and our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

15. Occupancies Under 18 Years of Age.

In order to use this facility, you must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in which all terms of agreement are accepted by occupant and any third party, children or otherwise.

16. Force Majeure.

The limited liabilities companies shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations hereunder caused by an event of natural disaster, pandemics, casualty, acts of ELOHIM who we understand to be God or public enemy, riots, terrorism, governmental acts or such other event of similar nature, which is beyond the reasonable control of the limited liabilities companies .

17. Access to the Rooming and Boarding Facility.

You are responsible for the paperwork/hard copies, computer or other devices used to access the Rooming and Boarding Facility. Use of the Rooming and Boarding Facility requires a non-cash payment paid weekly and in full using USPS Money orders, western union, bank wire, pay pal, computer or mobile device, Internet access, and certain software will be required for all electronic payments. You also understand that the technical requirements for access to the Rooming and Boarding Facility may change over time and that it is your responsibility to meet those payment requirements. You further agree that GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. has no obligation to provide access to the Rooming and Boarding Facility on any particular day by physical or computer or other device or by using any specific software to make payments in such a case as it may be full or occupant continually has violated rules of Grandma’s Place (house, local, state or federal) and the rights of other occupants or guest of Grandma’s Place LLC. The Rooming and Boarding Facility is only available in certain jurisdictions and GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. makes no representation that the Rooming and Boarding Facility, or any feature or part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular location at any given time and may close without prior notice. The Rooming and Boarding Facility is currently available only in the English language but other languages may be available upon request in writing or verbally expressed and requested.

18. All Housing , Programs and Services May Not be Available in Your Area and in this case a full refund may be received but in all other cases. NO REFUNDS AND BEDS AND LOCKERS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID FOR WILL BE RESERVED ONLY DURING AGREED UPON TIME. In other words, if you pay for a week and you are not able to occupy bed and locker then upon your return and after agreed upon time then payment will be due in full and NO EXCEPTIONS!

This Rooming and Boarding Facility is controlled by GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. from its offices within the United States of America. Except as specifically stated, we make no representation that content or materials in this Rooming and Boarding Facility are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Access to this Rooming and Boarding Facility bed, locker, or materials from jurisdictions where such access is not possible or not agreed upon in weekly contract is prohibited without written agreement of manager, supervisor or owner. If you choose to access this Rooming and Boarding Facility from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk of possibly not finding shelter for that week. You are always responsible for your compliance with applicable state laws. You may not use or export the property or materials in this Rooming and Boarding Facility in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA WILL GOVERN THE RULES, POLICIES, STATUTES AND ORDINANCES AND MATERIALS ENFORCED IN THIS facility, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAWS. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF AND VENUE IN THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA AND OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LOCATED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA FOR ANY LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS facility.

Occupancy Consent to Receive Policies/Contracts and Disclosures Through Electronic or Paperwork/Hard Copy Means ("Consent".)

In this Consent, "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refers to the limited liability company or limited liability companies  with whom you have an agreement, contracts or accounts and may include GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC.. and/or each of its affiliates, including: RETAIL PRICE BUSTERS; GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. ATARA333.COM; GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. ACCOMMODATIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before agreeing to them.

  1. Your right to consent. To the extent permitted by law or regulation, this Consent authorizes us to accept your electronic payment or signature as your valid, legally effective signature and to electronically send your weekly receipt or contract and accompanying documents (the "Housing Package"), and communications relating to your applications for payment of monies, and contracts, agreements and accounts you own, excluding notices of lapse, non-renewal and cancellation (unless otherwise permitted by law). You have the option, at any time, to receive a paper copy of any weekly rental receipt or agreement/contract or communication from us. You also have the choice to receive certain receipts, contracts/agreements electronically and others on paper/hard copy. The documents that may be delivered electronically are listed in Section 9. In accordance with law, we will notify you of any additional documents that we may add to this list. You will continue to receive paper copies of documents that we do not send electronically.
  2. Withdrawal of consent. You can easily withdraw your consent at any time.
    • If you purchased your bed and locker via contract/agreement through a representative or third party, you may withdraw your consent by request or written notice, verbally or through correspondence directed to the manager, supervisor or owner. You can also call the Customer Service Department at 1-678-933-5973 and follow its directions.
    • If you purchased your bed and locker directly or without a representative or third party, you can call the Customer Service Department at 1-678-933-5973 and speak with one of our representatives please allow 24-48 hours for request to be honored. We are unavailable on weekends, holidays and after 5pm on week days. Therefore, the withdrawal or update of your consent may take up to two days after we receive your request.
  3. You are not required to consent to the delivery of documents electronically. You do not have to sign this Consent in order to do business with us. If you do not wish to consent to electronic or paper delivery, we will mail paper copies of your documents and communications to you if we have a current mailing address at no extra charge.
  4. How to obtain paper copies; fees. You may obtain paper copies by calling us at 1-678-933-5973. We send paper copies as a courtesy. However, we reserve the right to charge you a fee for sending you paper copies of notices and other documents, except where prohibited by law. No fees may be imposed as a condition or consequence of withdrawal of consent.
  5. Methods and timing of delivery of paper or electronic documents.
    • When you consent to these terms and conditions, then the consent agreement identified in Section 9 may be provided to you in electronic form.
    • If you consent to electronic delivery of the Policy Package, we will send an email to you at the email address you provided us, which will include a link that will return you to our secure Rooming and Boarding Facility web site where you may access and download or print the complete Policy Package.
  6. Access your consent agreement promptly. Your rights relating to your consent agreement or contract may be time sensitive. Any document that can be accessed via a link we send to you in an email is deemed to be delivered on the date we send you the email. However, any consent agreement or contract for which a later date is indicated on a consent agreement delivery receipt is deemed to be delivered on such later date. When you receive our email alerting you that a document or a message is waiting for you at the secure Rooming and Boarding Facility web site, you should promptly access the facility web site and read the documents and messages.
  7. Updating your information. If you consent to receive documents and communications electronically, please be diligent in updating your Profile at www.grandsmasplace.us. Rooming and Boarding Facility web site and when your emails address or other information changes. You can also update your email address by calling the Rooming and Boarding Facility, GRANDMA’S PLACE, LLC. If you purchased your bed and locker directly or without a representative or third party, you can update your email address and other information by calling the Customer Service Department at 1-678-933-5973 and speaking with a representative.
  8. Hardware and Software requirements. To receive documents and communications electronically, you must have access to a computer or phone with internet capabilities and with an Internet connection. If you would like to be able to save the documents you receive, the computer should have a hard drive or other storage device, or be connected to a printer. You must also have an email account to receive communications.

    In order to receive your documents electronically, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 (or higher).

    You are responsible for ensuring that neither your software nor your Internet service provider inhibits or interferes with the electronic delivery of the materials described herein. We will notify you regarding hardware and software changes.

    • Consent agreements and policy packages
    • Receipts or other evidence of payment, forms and disclaimer packages
    • Notice of housing or contract changes
    • Other legally required notices and disclosures, including privacy notices
    • Billing and payment materials, including billing statements and notices of premium changes
    • Tax-related information and forms if applicable
    • Vacancies or non-vacancies
    • Confirmations of payments received
    • Amendments to contract or other housing statements
    • Claim forms and related information

  • You confirm and consent that ear phones must be worn with all electronics with audio at all times. If you do not have earphones Grandma's Place LLC will add them to our wish list and we will try to make it easy but we will not tolerate noise pollution with devices that have audio.__________ 
  • You confirm and consent that your space must remain clean and neat when not occupied. All common areas cleanliness is the responsibilities of all residents. Therefore, we ask each person to please clean up the kitchen, bathroom and common areas after each use. Trash, dirty dishes will not be tolerated. Personal hygiene is a must when co-habituating with others. Fresh aromas are very soothing and comforting so we try to keep our home clean. Furniture will be cleaned professionally. Please do not eat on sofas because we provide high quality furniture to give utmost respect to our guest. DO NOT EAT ON SOFAS/COUCH! If you damage our furniture through carelessness we will not renew your housing contract. We are not government funded all furnishings and homes are provided through collaboration and collected efforts of our community.________________
  • If you fight and argue with our neighbors then your contract will not be renewed. We would like to provide housing in middle class neighborhoods and we can be shut down if we allow our residents to interfere with our neighbors or there property.____________
  • You are fully aware of camera's in common places such as kitchen, living room/family room, on the exterior of the building, house and door alarms that are set after hours, as well as neighborhood camera on our street. We share all information and cooperate with local law enforcement and any and all wifi camera materials are supplied at the request of any law enforcement agency._____________
  • NO REFUNDS: If you find housing or a room-mate Grandmas Place does not agree to refunds! You confirm that you understand we do not provide refunds__________
  • By signing this disclaimer you affirm and acknowledge, that 'we' refers to Grandmas Place LLC and affiliates, associates or third parties, "We do not accept liability for our websites being accurate, complete or up-to-date or for the contents of external links. We distance ourselves ... from all responsibility in reference to community housing. We are Not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or injuries resulting from any defect, error or failure of furniture or property from the interior to the exterior of the house. You stay at your own risk. __________
  • By signing this disclaimer you confirm such consent to a background review upon our consideration for transitional housing._____________.
  • You confirm such consent to do business with us and understand fully that we are not liable for loss or theft of personal property. Please do not keep valuables on these premises. Grandmas Place is a community residence and is under the guidelines as a hotel or motel.
  • You confirm that you fully understand that Grandmas Place is a temporary housing solution and that you are not a tenant but a guest participating in a transitional housing program.__________
  • You acknowledge that documents delivered electronically or by hard copy may contain information regarding your personal financial matters and you consent to the electronic delivery of such information unless you otherwise request hard copy in writing. __________
  • If you harass, intimidate, insult, cause injury by word or deed, smoke drugs or sell drugs, on premises, perform sexual acts on self or others, theft, loiter, drunken-ness or disorderly conduct, destruction of any property of others or Grandmas place then you forfeit and cancel this contract without compensation or refund. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES!____________
  • For the sake and consideration of others a curfew have been set and you will not be allowed to enter or exit the community residence after 10pm or before 6am. All doors and windows will be locked. These restrictions are for the sake of other residents sleeping or resting. Work related entrance or exits are exempted, excused and granted by request in writing.__________
  • You fully understand that personal property left behind is not our responsibility. We will put all personal property in storage at a cost of $1 per day and after 30 days it will be considered abandoned and we will discard it.___________
  • You may print this Consent or save/access it for future reference or you may request hard copy.___________
  • This Consent remains valid and current until you or Grandma’s Place, LLC withdraws it.____________
